Returns and Refunds
- Eligibility: Items must be returned within 30 days of purchase in their original condition and packaging.
- Process: Email us at info@brilliant.com with your order details to initiate a return. Once approved, send the item back to us.
- Refunds: Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days after we receive the returned item.
Exchanges
- Eligibility: Exchanges are available for defective or damaged items. Contact us at info@brilliant.com within 7 days of receiving the product.
- Process: Provide a photo of the defective item, and we’ll arrange for a replacement to be sent to you.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on edible products, personalized items, or clearance items unless they are defective.
Shipping Costs
